This studio condominium features a spacious open-concept floor plan along with an upgraded kitchen and ample sleeping arrangements! The bedding in this unit is a king bed, queen sofa sleeper, and double murphy bed, perfect for groups of friends or small families. A studio door can be utilized to afford privacy between the bedroom and living room areas, although please note the use of this feature does require moving the dresser abutting the sofa. This corner unit affords creek sounds year round!

Please note that this unit does not offer air conditioning, or an en-suite washer/dryer. Manor Vail Lodge provides box fans in the unit during the warmer months, and these are available by request year-round. If you need to do laundry while you are a guest at our property, there is a coin-operated laundry facility on-site.

**CONSTRUCTION NOTICE**
Manor Vail Lodge will be undergoing renovations on the south side of our property during the summer of 2021. We will be updating our south side pool and hot tub areas, and expect to be completed with this construction by the start of the 21/22 Ski Season. We anticipate very little impact to this unit as it is located on the north side of our property facing away from the construction. During this renovation, we will still have our north side pool and hot tubs (2) open and available for guest use. Other service impacts will include the Fitz Bar & Restaurant, the Manor Vail Spa, and the Fitness Center. Please send us a message with any questions regarding our property beautification project!
