With three bedrooms and 2 baths, this house comes with space in spades. The master bedroom features a roomy king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, a lounge chair for reading and plenty of storage space. In the second bedroom, find a double bed and in the in the third bedroom, guests have access to two more double beds. Spread out across the home, discover 2 modern bathrooms with either a shower or soaker tub available.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Beautiful mountain views with gorgeous vaulted ceilings are the star feature in the main floor living space. In the cozy living room, find a fireplace for those chilly nights in, as well as a flat screen TV. The large kitchen is a chef’s dream with everything available should you wish to cook all your meals at home. Guests also have access to the dining room for family sit-down dinners.
AMENITIES
One of the highlights of the property, step out onto the large patio and take in the garden views. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset from the adirondack chairs, or listen as the Elk River babbles close by. Guests have use of the one-car garage, perfect for snowy days where you just want to hit the slopes. There is also a washer and dryer available within the unit.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
