Paradise at Riverbend with beautiful riverfront setting!

Enjoy the tranquil and peaceful setting directly on the Withlacoochee River. This special home offers a beautiful natural setting and many extras to enjoy during your stay.

Relax on the very cozy outdoor lanai while experiencing the beautiful surroundings. You will be in awe of the morning view from the upstairs bedroom overlooking the tranquil river setting. It is a bird watcher’s paradise with many bird sounds to greet you. Your morning coffee never tasted so good!

You can fish right off the floating dock or adventure out in one of the kayaks to discover the truly amazing surroundings which include an 8,000 acre nature preserve directly across the river. In the past, we have seen deer, hogs, and even otters playing on the shore bank of that preserve.

Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen that any chef would love! There is a pool table for those fun game challenges. You can experience an early morning soak, afternoon swim or an evening gathering in the swim spa/hot tub that can’t be beat!

A master bedroom upstairs and an upstairs loft with a queen size sleeper sofa as well as two downstairs guest bedrooms allow this home to accommodate 8 guests.

Spend a day floating down the crystal clear Rainbow River which is just minutes away! If you’re interested in chartering a 1/2 day pontoon river boat trip right from your dock with a certified boat captain, let us know and we get you in touch with the Captain to make that happen.

We are close to Crystal River where you can see the manatees or schedule a seasonal scalloping trip. Also, the amazing World Equestrian Center is just a short drive away!

For your added comfort and security we have an electronic gate to access the property and have installed blink security cameras outside front and back doors. Due to the close proximity of the river, NO child is allowed UNDER 6. Also, in consideration of future guests with allergies, we do not accept indoor smoking or any pets on the premises.

Beautiful home and serene stay

Beautiful house. Well acquainted and stocked. The hot tub was enormous and lovely to soak in on a cool winter night. There are some stairs in the house that take some getting used to but I loved it here and plan to return.

Our 4 nights were wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked. The linens are soft and clean. Great TV and internet for being in a remote area. We had a wonder trip scalloping with Joel and took the 4 hour kayak trip to Dunnellon. Exactly the getaway we were looking for! Will book again for next year.

Peaceful property

This was exactly what we were looking for. It is a beautiful home with all the amenities needed and then some. We fished off of the deck every day and enjoyed the relaxing view throughout our stay. Kevin and Karen are very communicative. We recommend this property with no hesitation.

Quiet, in nature, peaceful,

Great location and definitely the most well stocked rental we have stayed in. Kitchen has everything, bathrooms have full size toiletries, kayaks were a great addition and really made the whole trip. Had a slight issue with AC towards the end of the trip however it was after several close lightening strikes and couldn’t be prevented. Hosts were very responsive and flexible with us, would stay again with no hesitation.

“Paradise at Riverbend”

Paradise- yes, the name is appropriate, if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. House is great- beautiful, plenty of room, clean, well stocked. The location on the river, with the nature preserve on the other side- 99% quiet and serene- with a rare motor whizzing by. Communication was great. A pleasure to stay here. Thank you.

Nice Place

All was good except for the air handler leaking water into a bedroom. Host ordered a shop vac if needed but we kept the water at bay with towels. Grill could use a good cleaning and updating and firepit emptied. Host had kayaks for us to use big thumbs up. Would go back for sure.

Great House in a Great Location

The house really suited us and our friends. Really nice location beside the river. Karen and Kevin were really responsive hosts and could t have been better communicating with us. We lived the space and the views, especially from the upstairs bedroom. Only downside for us was that the fridge could have been emptied of out of day condiments but that’s being picky about a really nice rental.

Could not have asked for anything more. We made unforgettable memories with family and friends. We already can't wait to go back next year. Everything was superb. Peaceful in Paradise

This was my families 3rd stay here! It gives us the perfect chance to get out of the city and to relax and rewind. House is perfect for s’mores, watching the river for gators and relaxing in the swim spa. Owners as well as their son was easy to get ahold of if needed. We also had the pleasure of going on a boat ride down the Withlacoochee with Joel (recommended by the owners). He offered several different day trips/half day trips/fishing etc and even was flexible with some weather during the week. Great stay!

Peaceful house on the river

We enjoyed a peaceful trip to the river. The house has wonderful light and the master bedroom has large doors looking out on the Withlacoochie. We kayaked for hours. It’s so nice that the east side of the river is a preserve. Much quieter than Rainbow River. The boys fished off the dock for hours and loved the hot tub. The house was clean and comfortably furnished. A perfect place to escape the city!
