Rainbow Springs Serenity Vacation Home is a unique, four person, fully furnished, true riverfront property right on the river. With canoe, kayak and paddle board access and large private boat dock. This property is located on the beautiful Rainbow Springs and nestled just outside the historic City of Dunnellon. It's less than 5 minutes from a public boat ramp, boat rentals, local restaurants, a state park, bike/walking trails and more. Enjoy the stunning river views from almost every room! This tranquil find is ideal for those looking for a family friendly home away from home. For our guests who have more than 4 people, we also offer a fully furnished guest house that accommodates four people. This would incur a separate $250 a night fee after booking the main house.

Rainbow Springs Serenity Vacation Home | 2 bed / 1.5 bath | Sleeps 4 in total:
-True waterfront right on water.
-Private Dock with docking capability for boat and outdoor eating area with Polywood table and Adirondack chairs.
-Fully stocked kitchen, with a standard coffee maker/Keurig, full sized refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, air fryer / toaster oven and microwave.
-Master Bedroom(Sleeps 2): King bed, private half bath, with TV. Absolute breathtaking riverfront views.
-Guest Bedroom(Sleeps 2): Queen bed with makeup vanity and TV.
-Full Bathroom with extra large walk in shower.
-Dining Room.
-Living room with large TV, couch, chair and chaise lounge.
-Screened and Furnished lanai with bamboo couch, recliner and dining room table for 4 with beautiful river views.
-Washer and Dryer.
-Outdoor Fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs.
-Central Air and Heat.
-Outdoor shower.

-Screened lanai with lounge chair, wicker couch, wicker dining table and 4 wicker chairs.
-Full bathroom with hair dryer and large walk in shower.
-King sized Murphy bed in main room with TV.
-Queen sized pull out leather couch in separate private bedroom with separate air conditioner.
-Corner reading chair.
-Full sized refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.
-Separate water dispenser.

*** The guest house is only rented if our guests at the main house bring more than 4 people.

Serenity For Sure!

Amazing house on a beautiful river. Location is perfect and the dock is great for swimming and enjoying other water activities. Approx. 2-hour float to Blue Run.

Great location and river access

We had a party of six with three kids and three adults spending the week playing and floating on the river. It was a great time. We brought two of our kayaks and river tubes and enjoyed floating, kayaking and swimming right off the dock.

Rainbow River Serenity ❤️❤️❤️

We came for 5 days to celebrate my Mother in Laws 70th birthday and had the best time ever. Jo was very helpful. The house is in a super primo spot. We will definitely be coming back.
