Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, right on the beach, complimentary umbrella & 2 chairs, the condo comfy. However, optional garage was misleading, didn't get it. Two repairs happened the last day of our stay.

We had 6 people staying in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath, which worked out perfect for bed/ bath accommodations . My only real complaints are that for a condo that is large enough and designed to have that many people (it's actually up to 8), there should be more seating. We couldn't hang out comfortably as a family in the living room area because not everyone had a place to sit. My second (and major) complaint was that the bedrooms were hot. Most people want some privacy and want bedroom doors closed. Air does not circulate in the bedrooms when the doors are shut. THE BEDROOM WITH THE TWO TWIN BEDS IN IT WAS MISERABLY HOT. I would not have been able to sleep in there. My son and his friend sweat it out all week. Also, not major, but enough to be an annoyance is that the sliding door blinds in the master bedroom were broken / missing and you couldn't really get a dark room to try to sleep in on vacation.

We're especially sorry to hear that the bedrooms were uncomfortable during your stay. We understand how important a cool, restful night's sleep is while on vacation. We'll have our maintenance team inspect the airflow in the bedrooms, particularly the room with the twin beds, to ensure the HVAC system is operating as it should. We will also inspect the vertical blinds in the primary bedroom and replace or repair any damaged slats. Thank you again for bringing these items to our attention. Nice location. Even with construction most of the amenities were able to be used. The only downfall is that sometimes construction started before 8 AM.

New Years week

Our family of 5 stayed here the week of new years. There was plenty of space for all of us. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. We cooked many meals during our stay and felt the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. It was a little colder weather but was able to hot and swim in the headed pool. It would be nice if beach toilets were available to use. Overall wonderful place.

Can’t wait to return!

We had a group of 5. It was very spacious. Great location. We will definitely be coming back here. I can’t speak for the others but the master bed was super comfortable. We had one small maintenance issue that was taken care of right away. I highly recommend staying here! The pool and hot tub and beach were all great. We had an amazing time. The only problem was we had to come home

Summer Fun!

We had a wonderful stay and the unit was as expected. Plenty of room for our party of six. The only compliant I have is that the queen/full size bed needs a new frame. The mattress was not supported at all causing you to sink down in the middle. The location is wonderful and the condo is well equipped.

I would have preferred to have one bathroom with a walk in shower rather than all bathtubs. Also, the view was not great; just a partial ocean view. We had no maintenance issues, and overall I was satisfied with the condo.

The check in experience was super simple and didn’t have to wait to check in or anything. Loved the decor and simplicity inside the condo. Didn’t like that there was not an inside deadbolt/lock for extra protection but was ok nonetheless. Loved that the condo had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so my kids had their own during our stay. I also ended up forgetting my kids’ sound machine that was pretty expensive and the condo offered to send it back to me. Very glad for the helpful staff!
