This ocean facing 12th floor studio Suite offers two lanais (one overlooks pool & has an ocean view), in-room WiFi & powerful new Split AC System plus dual-pane sliding windows for a quiet and enjoyable experience

** Kitchenette including 'essentials', microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all dishes, mugs, cups & utensils **

We offer Beach Towels & chairs for use during your stay. Please note beach chairs are upon advance request and dependent on availability.

Great Studio

This was the 3rd time I stayed in this unit, it’s clean has everything you need to make your stay comfortable the location is perfect and the owner Mark is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. Would highly recommend.

Great at Bamboo

We were here for a week Feb 2025. Location is great. Drank our coffee every morning on the lanai watching the ocean. Unit was clean and comfortable. Parked our rental car at the banyan garage. It was just a 3 block walk and best price in town. Just a couple blocks to the beach an a short walk to international market place.

Lovely room with balcony

Would stay here again! This was one of my favorite rooms to stay in while visiting home. Pulling up to the hotel is a bit tricky, and parking your car can be a bit of additional planning, but the room itself was comfy and lovely.

Near the beach

Good place to stay. Close to beach, restaurants, bus line. Hotel has a nice restaurant in the lobby. My only recommendation is to add a grab bar in the shower.

Great place in a middle of everything

The beach is stone’s throw away. View is great. Where else can you see the sunset from your bed? Host is amazing. Location is in a middle of everything you would want. Only one tiny downside is there’s no kitchenette sink. Stellar experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again

Waikiki Beach condo - 12th floor

This was a beautiful 12th floor corner apartment - small but met our needs perfectly for our 2 nights. The property manager was responsive but very formal, as I got the impression they owned multiple properties. I would stay at one of their properties again.

Amazing

This property was perfect for my birthday weekend in Hawai’i. I originally thought there was only one balcony from the pictures but upon entering the room we found two separate balconies on each side of the room. There was a nice view of the beach and very close walking distance about 4 minutes. It was perfect for my trip!

Great Place

I truly enjoyed the room/corner suite. I spent 12 nights it was very well stocked and very clean. My only complaint was the sheets definitely need to be replaced, but I put my travel blanket on to cover them and it works just fine the bed/mattress was very comfortable. As far as the Hotel itself it could use some TLC. but it did not affect my stay, the location is perfect for everything from Restaurants, Shops and the beach. I would absolutely stay there again.
