Merci pour votre retour. Vous avez tout à fait raison quant à l'entretien extérieur. L'immeuble va être rénové l'année prochaine et nous travaillons de concert avec le syndic de copropriété pour faire améliorer les alentours par la Mairie de Palavas.

Bel appartement avec vue mer

Bel appartement avec balcon vue mer. Exactement ce que nous recherchions. Quelques petits bémols à savoir mais qui ne gâchent en rien le séjour : place de parking très petite entre deux poteaux, faire très attention pour se garer. Deuxième chambre cabine, sans fenêtre, à savoir si vous êtes claustrophobe. Mésaventures avec la chasse d'eau qui n'a pas arrêtée de fuir dès notre premier jour, pas de chance. Affaires des propriétaires dans frigo, congélateur et armoires, ça peut surprendre. Sinon le reste est top, très propre, peintures refaites, climatisation, douche cabine avec porte, grande baie vitrée qui offre une vue mer à 180 degrés. Communication très bonne avec le propriétaire, wifi, télé, moustiquaires, lave linge et sèche linge, vraiment pratiques, petit lave-vaisselle. Pour les amateurs de plage c'est un lieu idéal.
