Nice house, beware what's included in the booking

Good property and holiday village. However surprised at check out that cleaning isn't included in the hire fee although there was a service charge paid for, and the price of hiring sheets was added to our final bill although the HomeAway website says they're included (the cost of sheet hire was subsequently deducted)

We thank you for your return when your stay in our village of gites. The service fee covers the cost of running websites for owners and vacationers. They do not take into account any potential property costs such as cleaning, as described in our rates. Therefore, upon your arrival, we ask you to complete an information sheet. For example, to know if you do the housework or not, so as not to have any surprise at the end of your stay ... In the end you did the housework, so we did not apply a supplement. We are sorry for this misunderstanding. Looking forward to seeing you again at Combas Village de Gîtes, we kindly ask you to accept our respectful greetings.

Une très bonne semaine de vacances dans une maison confortable et très agréable. Très bien adaptée pour venir à plusieurs couples avec les salles de bains et WC dans chaque chambre. Super aussi les piscines et jeux d'enfants.
