House of 100 m² with life on the 1st floor - access by an external staircase.
- A living/dining room with a view of the port of Saint Jacques
- A separate fully equipped kitchen
- Bedroom 1 with access to the terrace: a double bed 160 and a dresser
- Bedroom 2 with access to the terrace: 160 double bed and storage
- Bedroom 3: two single beds in 80 (possibility to make a double bed) and closet
- Bedroom 4: bunk beds + single bed in 80, storage.
- A small bathroom with shower/wc
- A bathroom with bath/wc
NB: beds are equipped with duvets.

On the ground floor:
- A laundry room

Outside:
- Enclosed garden equipped with a garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
- Parking within the property

Please note:
- No WIFI. Possibility to rent a mini-box Wifi = 39 €/week or 6 €/day
- Bed and toilet linen not provided - Possibility of rental (€16/set of sheets; €19/set of duvet cover; set of towels: 2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat: €20, or possibility per unit).
- Pets allowed with a supplement of €30/pet/week (including short stay)
- Departure cleaning to be done by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package: 120 €
