PRIVATE & QUIET

This was JUST what I wanted - a light, quiet, private, tucked away space with great views, fantastic walks to take in the hills and close enough to 'civilization' to be really convenient!

Convenient location for Los Felez. Small apartment style unit with 3 flights of stairs, but clean and very nice view. Managed by Air Concierge.

Great Apartment & Location

The apartment was newly cleaned and looked like the photos on the listing. The views were - as indicated - beautiful, across the Hollywood Hills. Everything worked and the bathroom & fittings were particularly well designed. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay

Cute place in the hills! I like to walk and the area is beautiful for that. The steep stairs are just what the listing describes. Very quiet area other than hearing birds chirping. Comfortable spot for one person.

Convenient

This is great for one person who does not spend much time in the room. So convenient to my son’s apartment. Has everything you need. Parking is limited and stairs are no joke. Just wish the next door owner would clean up the deck at eye level. Will stay again for sure.
