NTI conference

We stayed at the property for a larger nursing conference. Was close to the convention center, which was great. It was also a 30 second walk to the war museum. Very safe, clean and up to date!

Jazz Fest

We really enjoyed our stay here in NOLA. This year’s Jazz Fest was so much fun and the people of New Orleans really know how to make you feel welcomed. David and his team are just another piece to that puzzle. Great communication, easy check in and everything was just perfect for our stay. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks David!

Very nice, clean, spacious bedrooms.

This condo in the warehouse district was very nice and represented well in the listing. Dave was responsive with a couple messages I sent and had a couple extra dining room chairs brought to us right away. Only minor complaints would be the water pressure in the showers was very low. The condo itself was clean, plenty of towels, dishes, pans, etc. The lobby or common area of the building was nothing able to be used. The pool table is pushed against two walls and no pool cues or balls to actually play with. Overall a great place though and in a good area.
