Our neighborhood is filled with beautiful historic homes, iron fences draped in jasmine, neighborhood cafés, and friendly front porches. Depending on when you visit, you may stumble upon a neighborhood second line, hear a brass band in the distance, or watch Mardi Gras parades roll just blocks away on St. Charles Avenue.
You'll enjoy the charm of a quiet residential neighborhood while being only minutes from everything.

Please Note
This is a private ground-floor apartment located beneath our family's home. We live upstairs with our two children, so you may occasionally hear normal daytime family activity. We want guests to enjoy an authentic New Orleans home—not an anonymous apartment building—and we're always happy to provide local recommendations or assist if you need anything during your stay.
The apartment has lower ceilings (approximately 6½ feet in most areas), which is common in historic New Orleans homes and something taller guests should be aware of.
To help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we do not allow parties or events. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
A signed rental agreement, government-issued ID, and security deposit authorization are required before arrival. Exterior security cameras monitor the entrances only.
We can't wait to welcome you to New Orleans and help you experience the city the way locals do.
