We are 20 mins to downtown Nashville and 15 mins to the airport (BNA) and Opryland with local restaurants, sightseeing and parks nearby!

We offer keyless entry and contactless service. The suite is closed off from the rest of the house, ensuring guests will enjoy complete privacy.

We are a completely smoke / vape free property (including the outside patio!)

Luxurious Master Bedroom
Drift off to a peaceful sleep in a cozy, king-sized bed adorned with silky sheets and plush feather pillows that rival a 5- Star hotel! The master bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with lamps that have USB ports, an aromatic diffuser, a white noise machine, and a 32" flat screen TV with free YouTube TV. The large walk-in closet is stocked with 2 luggage racks, hangers, shoe rack, clothes hamper and a first aid kit. From the master bedroom, guests can step directly outside to a secluded back patio where they can soak in the sunshine, sip their morning coffee, and listen to the sweet sound of songbirds and other local wildlife.

Executive Master Bathroom
This spacious bathroom is stocked with lavish beauty/personal care toiletries as well as a makeup mirror and towel, hairdryer, and 100% cotton Hotel Collection towels. The executive shower features an indulgent rainfall shower head. This bathroom is also equipped with a washer and dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board.

Accommodating Living Room
The engaging living room invites you to enjoy a game of a pool or board games, unwind with your favorite movie on a 50" flat screen TV with complimentary movies/shows, or melt your stress away in a premium Brookstone full-body reclining massage chair. The larger sofa can be converted into a queen-sized bed to accommodate two people, and is endowed with a memory foam mattress and the same luxury bedding as the master bedroom.

Bright Kitchenette
In this warm and bright kitchenette, guests can delight in a generous beverage bar that offers a wide selection of flavored coffees and teas. This kitchen boasts of the necessities to make guests feel right at home: a Keurig coffee machine, Instantpot, microwave, blender, toaster, wine and water glasses, refrigerator with ice machine, utensils and dishes.

Secluded Patio
The beautiful, exclusive patio is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence, offering guests a hidden oasis to relax and reconnect. A patio table with an umbrella invites you to enjoy your meal outside. Right off the patio is an exclusive guest parking space directly outside the main entrance to the suite.

The guest suite is equipped with technology including a Smart Lock keypad and high-speed WiFi.

***Please note that the host family (including three children) live in the house upstairs, so you may hear some playful noise from time to time. Think of it as a little extra life and energy in the house! We hope it adds to the cheerful atmosphere of your stay. There is rarely a big disturbance because we are very conscientious of noise, but if you are looking for a silent retreat this will not be the best fit for you!

Also, since the property is only 15 minutes away from the airport, it’s possible that you may occasionally hear planes flying overhead. Occasionally our neighbors will play marachi music, although my husband will usually walk over and ask them to turn it down !***
