A 20m² furnished wooden deck offers a private, quiet, and intimate outdoor space. You’ll enjoy many modern and comfortable amenities: reversible air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and secure private parking within the residence.
The residence’s private grounds, facing the sea, are fenced and feature a private gate providing direct access to the fine-sand beach of La Bergerie in a location unique in Europe: the Giens Peninsula. studio les pieds dans l’eau , un portillon nous sépare de la plage , le rêve ! terrasse privative et un grand espace commun avec transats devant la plage , parasol petites tables , barbecue, douche vraiment bien pensé pour vivre dehors.l’appartement même s’il n’est pas très grand , est bien équipé pour 4 personnes avec un lit double et des lits jumeaux séparés par une petite cloison .Petit bémol concernant le stationnement, quand nous sommes arrivés il n’y avait plus de places , celles ci ne sont pas privatives à chaque appartement et malgré le portail avec code , apparemment certaines personnes de l’extérieur se permettent de rentrer se garer . Nous avons pu récupérer une place le soir , mais cela gâche un peu l’arrivée …dommage car pour nous pouvoir stationner sereinement dans ce secteur était prioritaire.
