Our country house is located in a hamlet in the commune of St Pierre de Vassols, in the Vaucluse, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, 12 km from Carpentras, 5 km from the village of Mazan, 6 km from Bédoin & 35 km from Avignon. The view is exceptional...
Set in unspoilt countryside, this haven of peace is also an ideal base for sporting activities, such as cycling, running or simply walking.

With a surface area of 100 m², the house can accommodate 6 people.
The house has three bedrooms, including a mezzanine with a 160cm bed, a 140cm bed and two 90cm bunk beds on the ground floor.
Bathroom with shower.
Fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge/dining room.

The 4000m2 grounds around the house are planted with olive trees.
The saltwater swimming pool measures 4m x 12m.

Bed linen is provided (not towels or kitchen towels).
Tourist tax is included in the price.

During the months of February, March, April, October & November, heating costs will be payable in addition directly to the owner. They will be charged at €70 per week.

Ideal for people with pets on a nice quiet lane with access to some lovely walks. Within easy driving range of Intermatche and less than 10 min drive to Bedoin and Mont Ventoux. Just be aware that the owner next door may appear in the garden looking for his dog at any time.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten zwei angenehme Wochen in dem hübschen provencalischen Landhaus, das geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Die Küche ist mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank mit separatem Eisschrank gut ausgestattet. Der große Esstisch im Wohnzimmer bot ausreichend Platz. Das Bad ist klein, aber genügte uns vollkommen. Die großen Bäume im weitläufigen Garten spenden viel Schatten, so dass wir uns zu jeder Tageszeit im Freien aufhalten konnten. Das Ferienhaus liegt absolut ruhig und abgeschieden und bot uns jeden Abend einen fantastischen Sonnenuntergang. Ein Supermarkt in der Nähe versorgte uns mit allem, was wir brauchten. Der Pool ist fantastisch und wurde von unseren Kindern ausgiebig genutzt. Liegestühle und ein Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden. Bettwäsche wird gestellt, lediglich Handtücher muss man selbst mitbringen. Das Ein- und Auschecken war unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Gerne werden wir wiederkommen.

TRÈS BEL ENDROIT AVEC SUPERBE PISCINE

Deuxième séjour et toujours le même bonheur d'être loin du bruit bercé par le chant des cigales -piscine magnifique , grande 10M sur 4M très bien entretenue dont nous avons bien profité car il a fait très chaud - ici vous avez tout pour passer un séjour de rêve - un Super U à trois minutes en voiture pour les achats - Très belle vue panoramique avec des couchers de soleil grandioses . Josh le toutou nous a rendu des visites tout en douceur , sans aboyer , quelques câlins et au revoir ... Très bon accueil et entretien régulier de la grande piscine . Merci à Alice et son papa pour ce beau séjour près du Ventoux !

Wunderbarer Ort leider mit Missständen

Schade, es ist ein so schöner Ort und man pflegt ihn nicht. Zwar sind alle Einrichtungsgegenstände vorhanden, jedoch teils in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, sehr alt und defekt. Mit etwas mehr Liebe zu Objekt könnte man viel daraus machen. So stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht. Unbedingt eine Reinigung der Matratzen vornehmen, damit die Bettläuse verschwinden!!

JOLI HAVRE DE PAIX AVEC BELLE PISCINE PRÈS DU VENTOUX

Avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une belle maison bien équipée avec une superbe piscine de 12M sur 5M -le calme est remarquable , on est loin de la foule déchaînée et pourtant à proximité d'un supermarché U à trois minutes en voiture - notre hôte a été vraiment charmant , prévenant , s'occupant de notre bien-être accompagné de son gentil toutou appelé JOSH et nous tenons à le remercier pour son accueil absolument délicieux- de plus nous avons été gâtés par une période très ensoleillée avec des nuits fraîches ce qui facilite le sommeil - Avons vraiment passé de très beaux moments dans ce petit coin de paradis avec en prime des couchers de soleil magnifiques et comptons y revenir tellement il nous a séduits

Belle maison confortable, au calme et sans vis à vis bien équipée avec une très jolie vue.. Superbe piscine bien entretenue. En revanche, un effort pourrait être fait pour embellir le jardin pas du tout entretenu où pas une fleur ne pousse hormis quelques fleurs sauvages.. Un ventilateur pourrait être mis à disposition pour les grosses chaleurs, dans la mezzanine, il fait chaud la nuit..

Très jolie maison avec une piscine très agréable. Décorée avec soin. Il manque cependant un meuble rangement pour le linge dans la chambre du haut et il faut noter des traces noires de moisissures dans la douche. Le propriétaire est un homme charmant et accueillant.

Vue exceptionnelle,tranquillité,sérénité, extrêmement bien situé

Quand on arrive là par une petite route, on se sent tout de suite bien. On est accueillis chaleureusement. Le lieu inspire la tranquillité, la vue est magnifique. L'orientation du terrain est idéale, avec jardin et champ d'oliviers, il bénéficie du soleil toute la journée et offre de magnifiques couchers de soleil et une terrasse ombragée sur le côté de la maison. La piscine est très belle, grande et parfaitement enretenue. Situation idéale pour visiter la région. La description de la maison correspond à ce que l'on trouve sur place. Petite suggestion, peut-être un parasol en plus près de la maison en attendant que la vigne pousse pour offrir un peu d'ombre devant la baie vitrée.et un ventilateur pour les fortes chaleurs. On a passé une très belle semaine avec notre chien, c'est un endroit où on a envie de revenir. Merci pour l'accueil.

Un petit paradis

Une semaine idyllique passée dans ce superbe endroit, une maison pleine d'authenticité, spacieuse avec sa grande mezzanine. Le terrain arboré d'oliviers, de tilleuls offre une vue incroyable et dégagée sur la vallée. La piscine est une merveille, une eau à 28 degrés, très bien exposée pour se baigner sous le chant des cigales. Nous avons adoré cette location, sans aucun vis à vis, totalement indépendante. Le propriétaire adorable et très discret reste malgré tout disponible à 400m où se situe sa propre maison. Cette location est idéalement située pour profiter à une trentaine de minutes maximum d'Avignon, l'isle sur la Sorgues, Gordes, Venasque, les gorges de la Nesle, Marché de Bédouin. Et à moins de 2 km, un marché U très bien achalandé avec une boucherie de qualité. Voilà, nous recommandons cette location à tous ceux qui recherchent calme , authenticité, et une grande piscine. Merci encore à notre très gentil hôte.

Très bon sejour

Les propriétaires, Alice et son papa ont été charmants, discrets et attentionnés. La Maison est simple mais très agréable. Quelques petits détails seraient perfectibles mais l'environnement et la vue sont tout simplement remarquables et d'un calme absolu. La grande piscine est magnifique et parfaitement entretenue. Pour résumer, nous avons passés une délicieuse quinzaine dans cette location et espérons pouvoir y retourner.

Wir hatten das Objekt mit viel Sorgfalt ausgewählt. Wir haben uns die Bewertungen angeschaut und fanden nur eine ausgesprochen negative Bewertung, welche aber sehr detaillierte Kritikpunkte beinhaltete. Nur ein Beispiel: in der Bewertung wurde auf eine Kaffeemaschine hingewiesen die man mal austauschen könnte. Als wir das Haus betraten und eine Kaffee machen wollten, zeigte meine Frau auf einen Orginalkarton mit einer offensichtlich neuen Kaffeemaschine. Wir öffneten den Karton und fanden voller Entsetzen die alte Kaffeemaschine mit einem verschimmelten Filter mit Kafffesatz, welchen schon Wochen oder Monate verpackt war. Um es kurz zu machen: ein Haus in einer sehr schönen Lage mit Potenzial was draus zu machen. Aber leider imterresiert sich die Vermieterin weder für die Einrichtung oder die Sauberkeit im Haus. Hätten wir ein Hotel gebucht, wären wir sofort wieder ausgezogen.

Nicht sehr gepflegtes Objekt - Renovierungsbedürftig

Fazit: La maison et le terrain n'ont pas éte très entretenues pendant les années. Ils ont besoin d' un soin et refraîchement - pas de relation de qualité-valeur. Wir können das Objekt nur Gästen empfehlen, die keinerlei Wert auf Komfort in den Ferien legen! Wir waren vom Objekt sehr enttäuscht. Die ruhige Lage inmitten einer landwirtschaftlichen Zone ist angenehm, aber das Haus macht einen vernachlässigten Eindruck - innen und außen. Der Putz blättert am Haus ab. Es sieht schäbig aus. Es sollte eine Grundreinigung des ganzen Objekts geben. Bad und Küche sollten modernisiert werden. Das Haus weist etliche Mängel auf, die mit geringem (!) Aufwand durch einen Haushandwerker beseitigt werden könnten, z.B. defekter,tropfender Duschschlauch außen, innen lose angeklebte Dusch-Armatur, verbautes Bidet, verstaubte Glühlampen und Heizkörper, die bei Benutzung riechen, defekte Glühlampen, Bad Tür klemmt.Warum kann z.B. eine verdreckte Kaffeemaschine nicht ausgetauscht werden? Eine selbtgebastetelt Abzugshaube mit gefährlicher Kante, Der Pool ist schön, hat aber einen unsicheren Einstieg. Es gibt keinen Garten. Um den Pool herum ist ein unbestelltes Feld. Es fehlt ein Sonnenschirm. Die Gastgeberin hat uns nicht empfangen - es gab auch keinen Willkommensgruß im Haus. Ihr betagter Vater hat uns freundlich begrüßt und betreut, war aber teilweise überfordert.
