Very spacious house in a quiet location, about 5 minutes from the beaches and the Bélon River.

Very pleasant, enclosed garden of 2,250 m² with terraces and outdoor furniture. Private parking.

Ground floor: an entryway, a living-dining room with a dining area, a TV lounge, an open-concept, fully furnished and equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer), gas stove, microwave, dishwasher), a bathroom, a laundry room (washing machine and dryer), a bathroom, and a separate toilet;

Upstairs: one bedroom (1 bed, 160x200) + sink, one bedroom (1 bed, 140x200), one bedroom (2 pull-out beds, 80x200), one bedroom (2 bunk beds), bathroom with shower, tub, and toilet

Amenities: TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer

Maison spacieuse avec des coins et recoins. Assez de place pour 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Pas trop loins des plages . Bémols, envahi de fourmis, toilles d'araignées et araignées dans la maison a notre arrivée.

Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé un bon moment en famille dans cette maison spacieuse et confortable,dotée de jeux de société et d'une balançoire ce qui a permis de passer du temps ensemble et d'occuper les enfants car météo en demie teinte. Maison ne convenant pas aux personnes avec difficulté de déplacement ou équilibre en raison de marches et niveaux décalés au rez-de-chaussée.

Juillet 2021 tout confort.

Très bonne location, calme, bien entretenue, confortable et bien située. Avec son grand jardin , à recommander pour famille nombreuse.
