Perfectly suited to family holidays, it is located just 300 metres from the lake, with quick access to the marina, the family beach and the kitesurfing spot. The centre of Lacanau Ville and shops are accessible approximately 800 metres away, while the Atlantic Ocean is 12 km away. The house has a WIFI connection.



The enclosed garden offers a particularly pleasant setting for stays with children. It leads directly to playgrounds reserved for residents, freely accessible, including notably a volleyball court, a pétanque court and two tennis courts. The nearby cycle paths allow you to tour the lake or reach the ocean safely.



The interior of the house is organised around an entrance leading to a bright living-dining room, open onto a covered terrace. The lounge area is fitted with a sofa, armchairs, sideboard and television, while the dining area has tables and chairs, offering a convivial space for family meals.



The independent, functional and well-equipped kitchen includes a table and chairs, a sink, a vitroceramic hob, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, storage cupboards as well as the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils for a stay in complete autonomy.



The night space consists of three rooms, each equipped with a 140 cm double bed and a wardrobe, offering homogeneous comfort for all occupants.

Outside, the enclosed garden of approximately 800 m², equipped with a barbecue, allows you to fully enjoy meals and moments of relaxation in the open air, in a secure and family-friendly setting.
