**RENTAL ONLY BY THE WEEK (Saturday to Saturday) FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER**

In the south of the Landes and close to the Atlantic Ocean and the immense golden sandy beaches, this superb Landes villa from 2002 will seduce you with its comfort, its architecture, its volumes, and its environment.
The villa is built in a park of 2200m2 wooded with hundred-year-old oaks
This very spacious house for 4 to 16 people specially designed for a successful holiday with family or friends has 7 very comfortable bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor and 4 shower rooms (+1 outside the pool house). Bed linen is provided and beds are made on arrival for your comfort. Towels are not provided, however.

The main room with a surface area of more than 70m2 has a living room bathed in light with a southern exposure. It is equipped with a pellet stove for late season stays.
The kitchen open to the living room offers complete and quality equipment. A double living room can accommodate your reading or group discussions. We provide board games as well as adult and children's books.
The covered terrace with direct access to the kitchen allows you to have all the meals of the day.
In the park, you will have a heated swimming pool (from April to the end of September) of high standing, all secured by a barrier approved for children.
Bed linen is provided and beds are made on arrival for your comfort. Towels are not provided, however.

We provide 8 bicycles free of charge to allow you to walk, as well as childcare equipment to (try) to travel light: 2 cots with mattresses and sheets, high chairs, small bathtub and changing table. Also available beach toys for children and a molki.

Relaxing Vacation with friends and a poolparty

We had a nice stay of 7 nights there. We were 13 people and enjoyed the pool and the garden of the house very much. The heater of the pool didn't work the first two days, but then the father of the owner came to repair it. Even without a running heater the pool still had 21° C Would go there again

Sun, Surf, and Serenity – The Perfect Villa Stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The highlight for us was definitely the private (heated) swimming pool — crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and the kids loved it. The beach was just a short drive away ( 5mins), making it incredibly easy to go back and forth for body boarding or just soaking up the sun.The villa itself was spotless upon arrival — you could tell cleanliness is a top priority here. Every room felt fresh, the linens were clean and crisp, and all the amenities were in perfect working order. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a dishwasher was a bonus.We also appreciated the quiet environment and the convenience of onsite parking. With so many nearby nature walks and trails.Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway near the beach!

Maison parfaite, nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin en terme d'équipements mais aussi en terme de tranquillité. Les vélos sont clairement en plus.
