This is a new cottage with up-to-date amenities: Completely-furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove & oven. In stormy weather, the cottage includes a large, automatic, generator to maintain electricity at all times.
All four bedrooms have individual HVAC controls, and all three baths include heated tile floors. Bedrooms include: Two with Queen beds, one with a double bed, plus one with a pair of twin beds.

The first floor includes a full bath with washer & dryer, a Media Room with gas Franklin stove; the kitchen; and a large, 2-story Great Room with plenty of comfortable seating, dining table for eight and gas fireplace. The Media Room includes its own HVAC unit while the Great Room offers two wall units, all individually controlled for heat or cooling.
The lot includes 400' of very private lake frontage; tremendous views across an 11-mile, spring-fed lake to the mountains beyond; steps down to a small sand beach; plus a large dock for sunning, swimming, or simply soaking in the iconic Maine ambiance.
With prior arraignment, kayaks and canoes may also be rented from a nearby business.
Our Summer Cottage is 20 miles from the Bangor International Airport, a 4-hour drive from Boston, 15 mile drive to Ellsworth shopping, dining and hospital, or 30 miles to the extraordinary Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor.
The Historic Lucerne Inn is just a 5-minute drive, the Lucerne Golf Course is across the street, and a small, well-stocked grocery store is one mile further.
