Merci pour ce retour sur votre expérience dans mon chalet.
Le mercredi ,j'ai découvert que Alice occupait mon chalet et ce depuis 5 jours sans avoir régler la totalité du montant de la réservation , un oubli ... soit disant .Comment peut on profiter de son séjour sans avoir fait son paiement ?
En ce qui concerne les prestations, il est bien indiqué dans la description que je ne fournis pas les draps, ni les serviettes (options et sur demande)...aucune surprise pour Alice.
Par ailleurs, depuis les consignes hygiène covid-19 , je ne mets plus à disposition des matelas sur les lits de bain de soleil (voir les photos et description).
La fuite d'eau signalée par la voyageuse était du à un débordement sur le tablier de baignoire ,que nous avons épongé ensemble. Le sol de la salle de bain étant en plancher bois , il est évident que l'eau passe dans le salon... (dessous salle de bain).
La bâche piscine a été enroulé à l'envers malgré les consignes et vidéo , cette mauvaise manipulation a engendré des dommages.
Pour conclure, en aucun cas j'ai coupé l'eau ,de nombreuses coupures d'eau on été signalées par la commune durant la semaine.
Enfin Alice a rendu le logement à 13h au lieu de 10h laissant des denrées alimentaires , poubelles pleines et vaisselle sale ...prétextant que le ménage était compris.

Une vue magnifique!
Maison en tout point conforme à sa description. Rien ne manque. Une hôte très disponible et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille dans ce havre de paix au cœur des Cévennes. Nous reviendrons!

Maison très pratique avec tout le matériel nécessaire à l'intérieur. L'extérieur est plaisant
Maison très agréable avec de nombreuses randonnées dans les environs. Cadre très agréable, jardin et extérieur plaisant avec tout le confort à l'intérieur.

Un WE nature très agréable !
La maison est très fonctionnelle avec une vue magnifique, au cœur des Cévennes. Accueil parfait, nous avons été bien conseillé sur les balades dans le coin, au départ de la maison, c’était très bien. A refaire !
