This pleasant sea view studio of almost 33m² for 3 personnes is located in the third floor, building B, door n°33 on the residence "Le Mané" which enjoy an exceptionnal view of the marina.
It includes :

- living room with TV, folding bed of 140cm large and a single bed of 90cm large,
- equipped kitchen (cooking plates and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer),
- bathroom with toilets,
Balcony with sea view, East exposition and garden furniture.
Parking n°329. Animals allowed with extra charge (5€/day).
Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026 (30€/week).
