Ideally located just a few steps from the beach, perfectly suited to accommodate up to 4 people, this bright and cozy apartment offers a pleasant living space. Take advantage of the proximity to the sea for moments of relaxation or water activities. With its privileged location, this pied-à-terre is the perfect place for a seaside vacation with family or friends.
It includes:
- An entrance with wardrobe,
- A living room with 140cm convertible sofa, table, chairs and TV,
- A fitted and equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, combined oven-microwave/wave, washing machine, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and coffee maker),
- A rest area with a 140cm bed,
- A bathroom,
- Separate WC.
East facing loggia with garden furniture. Tennis court available upon reservation.
Animals not allowed. No private parking but possibility of parking in rue des cardinals. Accommodation equipped with duvets.
