Outside is off road parking for two cars, and a rear courtyard with furniture. The Old Smithy makes a wonderful base for the amenities of St Columb Major, the beaches around Newquay, the coastal path and much more.

Nine miles from St Columb Major is the pretty, fishing town of Padstow. Also nearby are some beautiful walks along the South West coastal path, which has some stunning scenery, and the walks takein rugged cliffs tops, lovely sand dunes and beaches. Within ten miles there is something for everyone, from stately homes and beautiful gardens to adventure playgrounds, theme parks and golf courses. Only eighteen miles away are the famous Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. St Columb Major and the area nearby have many attractions which are fantastic to visit any time of the year.
