This semi-detached cottage, attached to the owner’s home, is located on the edge of the tidal estuary in Cresswell Quay, Pembrokeshire and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Laburnam Cottage is a semi-detached cottage, attached to the owner’s home, situated on the edge of the tidal estuary in Cresswell Quay, Pembrokeshire. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms - one king-size double and one room with adult bunks. There is also a bathroom with bath, with shower over, basin and WC, along with an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for one car and a garden area with furniture. With its lovely waterside setting, with a characterful inn a short stroll away, and with Pembrokeshire's attractions within easy reach, Laburnam Cottage makes a great base for a family holiday in Pembrokeshire.

Electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, small selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Garden area in front of cottage with furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Direct access from grounds to estuary - children to be supervised at all times.
