The cottage has a king-size double with en-suite, two doubles with en-suite, a ground floor king-size double, a family room with 1 double and 2 singles and en-suite and a family room with 1 king-size double and 1 single and en-suite, as well as a separate basin and WC. The property also has a kitchen with breakfast area, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room, a drawing room, a first floor snooker room with bar, fridge, seating area and two rooms with basins and WCs, a gym with equipment, a changing room with shower room, a sauna and a shared, heated, indoor pool and Jacuzzi pool. The property also has an annexe with two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking, lawned gardens, two patios, a waterfall pond, furniture, a barbecue, four acres of woodland, a tennis court and table tennis.
