This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa in Palmetto Dunes is the perfect island escape. The deck and screened porch have an amazing view of the Lagoon. High ceilings and large windows grace this beautiful living and dining space with a 75" TV. Hardwoods run throughout the main floor, even in the bright and sunny kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. All this in a wooded, beach area only a short bike ride away to the sandy shore.

Annual trip to Hilton Head

Mostly good, kitchen was crapped and community pool was not heated. We would return.

Perfect retreat.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Great lagoon view. Clean heated well equipped pool. Guest bedroom MATTRESSES old and uncomfortable and need be replaced. Bring your own coffee filters and salt & pepper. Overall vey happy and would rebook. Palmetto Dunes is definitely the right HH island location.

Nice Place

We come to HHI multiple times every year, so we've had a lot of experience with rentals. Overall, we liked this place. 4 stars. The Good: • Huntington area of Palmetto Dunes is beautiful. • Short walk to the beach. • The villa is nice – bright, good living space, great TV. • Great porch and view of the lagoon. • Property manager was responsive. Quickly resolved our only issue. The Bad: • Could use some updates and a designer’s touch. • Master bed was not very comfortable – firm/hard mattress. • Not stocked with little things you find yourself looking for (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.). We left a bunch of these things behind for the next renters. • Main TV could use instructions. Took us a little while to navigate multiple remotes & find the main channels. • The VayKGear credit is nice but it’s not free. It will cost you $50 for delivery, taxes, fees. (or $100 if you wait too long like me). It would have been nice to know that beach chairs were already available in the unit. Overall, the good definitely outweighs the bad. We had a good trip. Just a few things kept it from being 5 stars.

Excellent vacation

We loved the property and the location. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and looked updated (with a few small exceptions). The walk to the beach was about 8 minutes but was a beautiful walk. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the screened in patio - it was so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee without worrying about mosquitos. They had some chairs and beach toys in the outside closet which were awesome! Our only issue was the night we arrived- we had some trouble getting in the gate - we called the answering service and they said someone would call us asap. I also texted the number that had sent me messages. I never heard from anyone that night nor our entire vacation. We would stay here again!
