Adresse à retenir ...
Appartement idéalement placé, les propritétaires sont très gentils et prennent le temps de nous indiquer les restos à faire ou non etc... De plus ils ne sont pas stricts sur l'heure d'arrivée ou de départ, ce qui est appréciable.
Niveau logement, très bien équipé, 2 terrasses selon l'envie de soleil ou non et surtout au calme loin des nuisances de la vie de nuit de Valras.
A proximité petite épicerie, primeur, tabac, pharmarcie....
Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil !!!!

Sehr gut
Geräumige, gut geschnittene 3-Zimmer Erdgeschoss-Wohnung (2-Schlafzimmer). Zwei Terrassen, jeweils an der West- und Ost- Seite. Parkplatz am Haus.
Die Terrassen sind von allen Seite umzäunt, sodass die Privatsphäre gewährt wird. Ist auch sonst ruhig, nur die Leute die zum und vom Strand gehen. (Man kann schon von der Straße über den Zaun in Wohnzimmer blicken, falls das für jemanden ein Problem ist. Aber auch das kann man ggf. mit Jalousien beheben).
Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet (ein gutes Kochmesser haben wir mitgebracht). Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle. Es gibt reichlich Geschirr und Kochausstattung.
Die Wohnung ist gut, mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Betten sind gut und sonstige Möbel auch ganz solide.
Die Wohnung ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die allerdings nur im Wohnzimmer installiert ist. Es gibt auch Ventilatoren mit dessen Hilfe die kalte Luft auch in Schlafzimmer kommt, sodass das Klima auch da ganz OK ist. Ich schätze 24 Grad. Ganz optimal ist das nicht.
Wi-Fi ist auch vorhanden die Leistung ist aber auch als Ausreichend zu bewerten. Download ~8Gb, Upload ~1-2Gb. Für Surfen und Chatten absolut ausreichend für Video(-Telefonie) eher nicht.
Ein sehr guter Strand in 50 Meter Entfernung: sauber, breit und feinsandig. Das Wassertemperatur war um 18-20 Grad (sollte auch für Ende Juli für diese Gegend keine Ausnahme sein!), bei Lufttemperatur über 33 Grad sehr angenehm .
Der Vermieter (ein Ehepaar) wohnt in der Wohnung darüber (ein separater Eingang). Sind sympathische Menschen, haben sich schnell um die Probleme gekümmert und waren sonst zurückhaltend.
Alles in Einem ist absolute Empfehlung für einen ruhigen, sonnigen Strandurlaub.

Super lieu de vacances
Les propriétaires sont top, ils ont pris le temps de nous présenter les environs, nous ont recommandé des commerces etc.
L'appartement est très bien, a 2 min de la plage. Idéal pour la famille!
