Orchard Cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion near the city of Durham in North East England. The cottage sleeps eight people and has two ground floor king-size double bedrooms (one with woodburning stove) and two first floor king-size doubles. There is also a ground floor wet room and first floor bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside is ample off road parking and a lawned garden with patio, hot tub, furniture and barbecue. Situated in one of the most beautiful counties of England, Orchard Cottage is a lovely family holiday cottage at any time of the year.
Amenities: Central heating provided by ground source heat pumps with underfloor heating on ground floor and woodburning stoves. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with hot tub, furniture and BBQ, plus shared garden with play area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 mile.
