This delightful cottage is in Llanboidy, just six miles from St Clears and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Sandpiper Cottage is a delightful cottage set in Llanboidy, just six miles from St Clears and can sleep four people. This mostly ground floor cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a lower ground floor bathroom, a lower ground floor kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shelter for bikes, a private patio with picnic table plus shared use of a covered barbecue area, outdoor heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Sandpiper Cottage is a wonderful cottage for a fun-filled holiday. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool available April-October
Amenities: Bio mass central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own pool towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. A fixed retractable baby gate fitted to the top of steps. Ample off road parking. Shelter for bikes. Private patio with picnic table plus shared use of individual, portable BBQs, outdoor heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile. Note: Shared oenclosed heated swimming pool, available April - October only ( From 2020). Note: Kitchen and bathroom are down 3 steps. Note: Open lake in grounds about 3/4 mile from cottages reached via a woodland road with coarse fishing available all year round (please bring own equipment).
