There is also a family bathroom and downstairs, a cloakroom, kitchen with breakfast area, sitting room with dining area and woodburner, and a study with sofa bed. Outside is off road parking, a sloping lawn and a patio with furniture. The Old House is ideally placed for relaxing in the countryside, with walks round lakes and through lanes easily accessed.
