This welcoming, semi-detached cottage, one of two in the grounds of the owner's home, sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.
The Old Stables is a delightful, semi-detached cottage, adjoining a similar holiday home in the grounds of the owner's home, in the village of Ashover near Matlock. With three king-size double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room and also a twin bedroom, this property can sleep eight people. There's also a separate family bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Outside, there is ample off road parking, bike storage and a private, enclosed front garden with lawn, patio and furniture and excellent country views across the surrounding scenery. The Old Stables provides friends and families with a fantastic base for seeing all there is in this charming area.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Private enclosed front garden with patio, lawn and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Due to sloping ceilings, there may be limited headroom in some bedrooms. Note: Please be aware that within the property there are internal stairs to most rooms. This may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
