This converted church cottage rests near Winster in the Peak District and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Andlestone is a converted church resting within Birchover village, near Winster in the Peak District. This reverse-level property comes with a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, together sleeping up to six people. On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom with shower, bath, basin and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside, there is road-side parking and a small sitting area to the front. Andlestone is a superb base for exploring the delights of this part of the Peak District with your family. Note: Bookings need to be requested with our office within 2 weeks arrival

Please note* The property does not have a garden, there is some outside space with bench seating to the front of the property. Andlestone is situated in a rural location with plenty of walking routes and open spaces right from the doorstep.

Region: The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: Winster is a small village resting within the Peak District National Park, just 4.5 miles away from Matlock. Here, you will find a 17th-century market house at its centre, many 17th and 18th-century houses and is famous for its Morris dancers, the annual Shrove Tuesday pancake race, Wakes festivities in June, and the Secret Gardens of Winster event in July. Within the village you will find a shop and two pubs serving beer.

Really great property in a lovely village. Easy check in and check out - we had an email from the owners with their contact details - should we need them ( we didnt - all was fine!)... two great friendly pubs withing 5 minutes walk within the village and suoerb walks all around. Warm and cosy property. Well equipped and clean. Well located for nice walks across the moor. Two pubs close by. Food at the red lion was excellent. Short taxi ride to Bakewell if you enjoy nice shops and restaurants.
