Patio doors leading to the private south facing pool with spa. Outside there is a large extended sundeck which is fully screened, external toilet and outside shower. The pool has a safety fence which can be removed when not required. All patio doors leading to pool area are fitted with safety alarm.

Tuscan Hills is the perfect location for visiting all the many Orlando area attractions. Disney World is only 15 minutes drive, Universal and Sea World 20 minutes. Tuscan Hills is conveniently located on Highway 27, 1 mile south of the junction with US192 West.
Golfers will be delighted to know the Orlando area boasts some of the finest golf courses, many of which are located very close to Tuscan Hills where membership is not essential - pay and play, including clubs hire is available.
A variety of restaurants are situated minutes from the villa with a more extensive selection available in nearby Kissimmee.
