Appartment on the 3rd floor of a beautiful residence, with 3 pools, Padel field, landscaped gardens, well secured and ideally located in relation to the marina of Puerto de la Duquesa (10 min walk). This one bedroomed appartment is perfect for a couple.
Besides the view, the quality of the swimming pools and the environment, the apartment is very "airy" bright and quiet. Very well equipped (kitchen, bathroom and Maintenance + TV).

Schöne Unterkunft zum Erholen
Schöne Anlage mit 3 Pools und sehr sauber.
Es ist insgesamt aber ein recht großer Komplex von Appartements.
Schön wäre ein kleiner Laden für Brot etc…

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé avec une vue panoramique sur la mer et la montagne. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la propreté de cette résidence.
Propriétaires soucieux de faire découvrir les alentours par ses propositions de visites.
Très bon accueil de l'agence lors de la remise des clés.
Résidence très bien sécurisée:contrôle entrée et sortie des vacanciers, surveillance parking et piscines (surveillants de baignade). Espaces verts très bien entretenus.
Caution rendue rapidement.
Cet appartement est à conseiller.

Il est vrai que nous sommes à chaque fois sous le charme de ce "petit" appartement plein de charme et de la résidence. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et on ne s'en lasse pas. Quant à la proximité de la plage, du port de plaisance et de tout ce qu'il y a à voir et faire en Andalousie, c'est un point fort de cet appartement. L'agence de location fait très bien son boulot également, ce qui est indispensable pour bien démarrer ses vacances...
Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé d'excellentes vacances.
