War alles superWurde immer wieder kommen nur mit einem Gäste Bett. Dass Eltern Bett ist leider nicht gut. Die Lage ein Traum. Ich hätte noch eine Schlafcouch rein gemacht die Wohnung ist definitiv groß genug.

Positiv ist die Lage zum Meer, einmal um die Ecke und man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht. Außerdem ist dort direkt der bewachte Strand und die Promenade. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind ebenso schnell zu erreichen. Die Lage ist trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohnung ist hübsch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings eher für jüngere Leute, da die Matratze des Doppelbettes recht dünn ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Negativ für ältere Menschen ist die Tatsache, dass die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist und die Treppe sehr steil mit kurzen Stufen ist. Der Check-in war unproblematisch mit Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe, leider bekamen wir die genaue Adresse erst am Anreisetag. Check out war unkompliziert, wir haben uns für die Endreinigung 50 bezahlt.

L'appartement est très lumineux, proche de la mer. Très bien equipé. Il ne manque rien. Une bouteille d'eau nous attendait au réfrigérateur. Très appréciable après la route.Congélateur en dessous. Très pratique. Vraiment proche de la mer.Super.

Unser wunderbarer Urlaub in Bray-Dunes

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, ist einfach aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr hübsch gestaltet. Viele liebevoll gedachte Kleinigkeiten um den Aufenthalt zu versüßen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll u die Einkaufsmeile ist auch innerhalb von 5 min zu Fuß erreicht. Zum Strand übrigens 2 min zu Fuß. Die Garage ist auch ausreichend groß. Der Ort ist gut gelegen, man erreicht Bergues, Lille, Dunkerque etc sehr schnell. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und der Gastgeber sehr angenehm und freundlich. Vielen Dank für unseren sehr schönen Urlaub!

Große, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Größe und Lage der Wohnung (die Wohnung liegt an einer Parallelstraße zur Strandpromenade, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen Ausstattung (ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, sogar scharfe Küchenmesser ;o Sehr netter Vermieter eigene Garage- Die Treppe ist sehr eng und recht steil. Mit Gepäck muss man schon aufpassen- In die Garage kommt man nur mit einem Kleinwagen, wenn auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite ein Fahrzeug parkt Ohne Bewertung: Wenn man die Fernseher nutzen möchte, sollte man Französisch können oder einen TV-Stick o.ä. dabei haben :o)Alles in allem ist die Wohnung für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet prompt auf Rückfragen.

Bon séjour, en bord de mer, appartement bien situé à quelques pas de la plage, le plus est le garage et le moins vieil appartement à redécorer mais spacieux, manque de rideaux aux fenêtres et la lumière tamisée dans le couloir d'entrée est gênante la nuit. Bray-Dunes, ville endormie mi-juin

Comme dit plus haut, le propriétaire est accueillant, l'appartement est très bien, mais Bray-Dunes en ce milieu de juin est particulièrement endormie, si ce n'est beaucoup trop de chiens qui transforment les trottoirs en crottoirs. Chaque chien, ou presque, promène son vacancier au bout d'une laisse.

Très bonne location

L'appartement est très bien équipé.Soyons vache : pour un Belge il manque des verres à bière mais à part cela rien à redire. Location à conseiller.

Lumineux et agréable, idéalement situé.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et lumineux, dans un petit immeuble calme à 30 mètres de la plage. Propreté et état général irréprochables, équipement très satisfaisant. Contact agréable et efficace avec le propriétaire. A refaire.

Bon séjour mais......

Point positif : le propriétaire est tres sympathique. Bon accueil.. L’appartement bien situé pas loin de la plage. Point négatif : Je pense que les personnes qui ont louees avant nous n’ont pas fait un grand ménage. Cheveux et poils dans la douche.. j’ai donc fait un peu de ménage en arrivant. Sopalins usagés dans la poubelle de chambre, fond de café dans une tasse non lavee et remise telle quelle dans l’armoire et carrelage certainement pas lavé. Annoncé 2 douches, mais l'une d'elle était fendue donc pas possible de l'utiliser. Un peu décevant.

Very beautiful

The Apartment is very beautiful, large and has everything it needs for a pleasant stay. Within 30 seconds we were at the sea. We hope to come again soon.
