Entrée dans appartement : sol trempé – lieu ne correspondant pas à la description de l’offre / Salle de bain = odeur nauséabonde / Kit bébé (15 €) = chaise sale et dépréciée – lit parapluie sans fond avec matelas taché recouvert d’un drap lit adulte et donc non adapté = danger ! / Frigo non vidé (glaces et viandes) et non nettoyé / Table salon tachée / Salon vétuste dont tous les coussins sont tachés / chambre : couvre-lit idem / Contact réception ; aucune autre disponibilité / Proposition : autre kit bébé et « bidon de déboucheur liquide » (désolé : pas de plombier dans notre groupe) / Demande d’annulation / Acceptée avec remboursement / Retour Bruxelles = 300 km pour rien ! 4 adultes et 1 bébé totalement déçus ! Aucune chance de nous revoir un jour !

Eclairage insuffisant dans la sdb, manque de crochets dans les chambres et sdb (2). Manque de boulangeries et magasins d'alimentation à proximité de l'appartement.

Vacances très agréables car soleil toute la semaine. Logement propre mais pas assez de vaisselle et literie très moyen pour des adultes (lits superposés).

Goede ligging

Min punten - haakjes in de badkamer vallen van de muur. Niet mogelijk om handdoek/baddoek op te hangen. - Niet mogelijk om hand/baddoeken te laten drogen. - schimmel in de douche cabine. - wc bril zit totaal los en past niet op het toilet. - tv afstand bediening dringend te vervangen. Geen deksel op de achterkant. Moet altijd de batterijen induwen om tv te gebruiken. - geen gebruiksaanwijziging voor tv, radio/dvd speler, microgolf + vaatwasser. Plus punten - goed ligging. - layout appartement. - goed verwarming. - Cleaning kit. - Douche gel/shampoo.

Une fois le fonctionnement de l'agence intégré tout est assez facile. Le logement était correct avec toutes les commodités et idéalement situé par rapport à nos attentes.

Unkompliziert und schön

Die Mieterfahrung ist äusserst positiv gewesen. die Lage war direkt am Strand, Parking vor der Tür, und sämtliche Restaurants direkt neben an. Alles war sehr sauber und verlief einwandfrei und einfach.
