The appartment was not very clean, there were fatty marks on the cupboards and the floors were not cleaned properly. Internet was a problem as we kept getting thrown off the network. Toilet didn't flush properly. Price is overrated.

L'appartement est confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, salle de bains, salon, et chambres...Il est pratique, moderne et calme à cette période. J'encourage néanmoins le propriétaire à faire quelques travaux d'entretien : peinture, portes à réparer ainsi que la lunette des WC. Le son de la télé est inaudible...Si tous ces petits travaux étaient faits, ce serait parfait....

Personne a l'accueil a notre arrivee malgre les horaires communiques Une seul serviette de bain alors que nous etions 4 Une seule poêle Pas dassietes creuses, pas assez de couverts. Fond de la poubelle non nettoyee Planche sous la cuisjne qui tombe non stop Rideaux arraches dans la chambre. Impossible de fermer Aeration chambre deffectueuse. Air froid impossible a bloquer Lave vaisselle qui ferme mal Etc. A eviter!

War für ein paar Tage Ok

Das Gebäude ist Hotelartig aufgebaut die Zimmer sind ähnlich, daher nicht immer unbedingt 1:1 mit den Fotos identisch. - Anlage wirkt heruntergekommen (fügt sich in das Gesamtbild vom Ort ein) - Die Zimmer haben wir selbst desinfiziert und gereinigt (Staub, Haare) - Wände und Türrahmen sind sehr dreckig - Der Sessel muss weg der verliert seine Kunstlederschicht / kein Urlaubsfeeling - Toilette muss dringend entkalkt werden und der Kleiderhaken an der Tür getauscht - Die ganzen Rohre und die Gastherme könnte man verkleiden damit man diese nicht sehen muss - Lüftung im WC und Hauptraum laufen durchgehend auch nachts - Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon ist durchgerostet - Bett hängt unten schon durch - Doppelbett ist für kleine Menschen / wo eine 5. Person schlafen sollte, ist mir ein Rätsel - Parken war die ersten Tage sehr gut möglich, ab Freitag hat man gar keine Parkplätze mehr gefunden - Restaurants sind für die Lage und Qualität sehr teuer (~ Spagetti 13 €, Caesar Salat 17 €) + Freundliches Personal + Die Tiefgarage ist nicht wie einige Personen schreiben nur für kleine Autos. Ein Skoda Kodiaq hatte genügend Platz - unsere Tiefgaragen in den NRW-Städten sind genauso eng + 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Meer / Sandstrand + Plopsaland De Panne ist sehr schön / Belgien ist nur 8 PKW-Minuten entfernt

Séjour une nuit

Appartement fonctionnel et propre, bien situé facile d'accès. Personnel accueillant qui a très bien expliqué. Parfait pour 4 personnes. Un petit bémol pour la porte de la salle de bain qui ne fermait pas très bien et l'extracteur qui faisait du bruit. Manquait juste une petite tenture pour l'espace "coin couchage enfants". Le fait que tout le linge ainsi que le nettoyage soit compris est très appréciable. Parfait pour une ou deux nuits.

Fijne woning

Fijne woning waar we zeker nog eens gebruik van hopen te maken. Wel hadden we wat pech met de boiler waar bruin roest water uit kwam. Na melding is deze direct gemaakt. Fijn dat er een oven aanwezig was. Vaatwasser is niet in orde. Maakt programma niet af. Tips. Rol wc papier ( deze hebben we ook achter gelaten in de hoop dat het de norm wordt) Ik kon nergens brandveiligheid ontdekken. Geen blusser, sprinklerinstallatie, of blusdeken aanwezig.

Résidence calme, avec qq bémols, le micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas , le fond des toilettes plein de calcaire sale, literie de la chambre double a revoir absolument, matelas défoncés, et surmatelas sale, nous n'avons pas bien dormi, mal au dos , revoir aussi l'éclairage plusieurs empoules manquante où grillées
