- two bedrooms each with its own private bathroom (2 beds 80/200 that can be pushed together to make a bed 160 in the 1st bed, and
2 beds 90 that can also be pushed together in the second)
- 1 separate toilet.
 
Upstairs:
- A master suite (bed 180), with private bathroom (bath, shower and toilet), opening onto a pretty terrace with sea view
 
On the ground floor, the swimming pool area and its large terrace (130m2) magnificent view of the sea.
The 7m by 3m50 swimming pool can be heated which allows swimming in it in all seasons.
Deckchairs, garden furniture and a plancha are installed for perfect relaxation while admiring the view of the bay, part of the terrace is also covered to rest or have lunch in the shade.
