Except maybe the cicadas...<br><br>Intimate and comfortable cottage for 2 holidaymakers on the ground floor, bright and cool in summer, created in the former apartment of the grape pickers of the old family wine farmhouse built in 1856 in the middle of its land, in a landscape of vineyards, pine forests. <br>Terrace shaded by an arbour converted into a dining area with barbecue and a nap area with deckchairs sheltered by parasols.<br>The Mas is home to three comfortable independent and self-contained cottages on the site<br>Outside: <br>- Private courtyard allowing parking, closed by a gate and a small wood dedicated to housing<br>- Shared laundry room, outdoor laundry drying <br>Inside: <br>- Level entrance from the terrace<br>- Living room including living room, open kitchen, dining room, fireplace <br>- 1 Bedroom with double bed<br>- Bathroom with shower <br>- Separate toilet with washbasin<br>- Electric heating, free Wi-Fi<br>Location:<br>Very close to all the tourist and cultural activity centers of the region:<br>Roman sites (Nîmes, Arles, Pont du Gard, Orange...) and historical sites (Aigues Mortes, Uzès, Avignon, ...), the Camargue with its fauna, its white horses and wild bulls, the Mediterranean Sea and its coastline of beaches, the Cévennes of chestnut trees.<br>Everything is to be discovered<br>Summer besides idleness: <br>- Walks in the Cévennes and Camargue, beach days at Grau du Roi in Sète, swimming in rivers.<br>- Local traditions: markets, the many wine cellars, the Camargue festivals, gastronomy without forgetting the "aperitif" and the petanque balls.<br>In spring and autumn new pleasures: <br>Hiking, mountain biking, cycle touring, mushroom picking, discovering restaurants.<br><br>To do the supply shopping: 2 localities QUISSAC at 6km and SOMMIERES at 12km equipped with commercial areas, local shops and markets where you can find fresh products from producers.<br><br>- Contact the owner for weekend rental and extra night and rental of sheets (10€/pers...) and/or towels (10€/pers.).
