Lifeproof vinyl flooring throughout, Granite Counters, Big Master Shower, Relaxing Beach and Coastal Decor in every room, Single Level no stairs with an Open Split Floor Plan. We have enough seating for 11 so everyone can sit and enjoy their meals. All Bedrooms have a TV plus one in the Living Room, Beds are King in the Master, Queens in Bedrooms 2 and 3 and our Bunk room sleeps 3-4 comfortably. Two full Bathrooms, Bathtub in main bathroom.

Outdoor Shower to rinse off after Beach days. Bikes, Chairs, Wagon and Beach Toys for your convenience. Community Pool 100 yards down the street(Open March 1-Nov 30). We would be forced to deep clean the entire home and replace all fabric furniture, linens and clean the entire HVAC system along with all floors, ceilings and walls before we can safely occupy the home again. If this cleaning is necessary you may be responsible for additional charges..

We use professional cleaning services following every rental, all hard surfaces are sanitized (Kitchen All Surfaces, Bathrooms All Surfaces, Floors Entire Home, All Beds are stripped and wiped clean). All Linens and Towels are replaced after each rental.
