Spacious single-storey house (110m²), ideally located in a residential area of Ruoms, you will be close to the centre of the village (less than a kilometre). You can enjoy the calm of the area, the city centre and its lively shopping street.
The house is warmly decorated, it also has an ornamental carved stone fireplace (not functional for heating). It has reversible air conditioning, and an open equipped kitchen.
Its enclosed and private garden, its terrace and its veranda will allow you to enjoy the outdoors in all circumstances: in the sun, in the shade of the mulberry trees, under the arbour or in the veranda at your convenience.
This born-Provençal type house is ideally located: You will be 1.7 km from the Ardèche river to enjoy the beach of Ruoms.
You will also find several wine cellars and food shops (local shops or supermarkets) a few minutes away.

Private parking on the property: Your vehicle has a private parking space (car port), shaded. Possibility of parking several cars or a caravan (motorcycles, bicycles, etc.)
Private petanque court

Many regional attractions are within minutes of the house.
Vallon pont d'arc (7km), the chauvet cave (15km) .... You can also enjoy the various hiking or cycling routes, or rent kayaks in the surrounding area.
We provide sheets, shower mats, but not towels (towels...)
