A102 is a ground floor Beach Club cabana located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The outdoor hot tub and heated pool are only seconds from your front door. Take a short walk across the pool deck to the main Beach Club tower and you will find the indoor heated lap pool, large hot tub, full size gym, spin room and a full service spa. While a guest of beach club, complementary sauna and steam room are a part of your resort amenities, located at the spa in the main tower.
A102 has a cozy floor plan offering a private bedroom featuring a queen size bed and t.v. The bathroom has a tub and stand up shower. Custom small bunk beds along the hall are a huge hit for young kids.. An open kitchen/living floor plan keeps everyone together while relaxing after a long day on the beach. Watch the sunrise/sunset on the balcony, over looking native dunes and the emerald coastline. Beach Club is located within walking, driving or trolly distance from restaurants, bars and shopping on the island. The Naval Aviation Museum, historical Fort Pickens, thriving downtown Pensacola, Tiger Point Golf Course or a sunset sail with Emerald Coast Sailing, are a short list of the many ideas to consider as part of your vacation. Condo was exceptionally clean *except* there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Very well stocked kitchen . Resort pool is huge and never felt over crowded despite being there over a holiday weekend. First floor unit but super quiet even though pool was just steps away. Overall would stay here again.

This is not a luxurious condo. It is very basic. There were socks and such under couch and bed that were not ours when we arrived. The ice maker did not work and there was no effort to repair when we notified the management company. The condo needs general maintenance- kitchen faucet/ front door metal strip, etc. the beach front location is nice and view is great, but we would not rent this condo again.

We were bracing ourselves for Erin’s review. Our communication was difficult from the start, so we knew this was going to be rough. I am sorry Erin had trouble with the ice maker and we weren’t able to get someone there during her stay. No matter how negative Erin was before and during her stay we definitely appreciate feedback on how we can improve for future guests.

Julie’s place was perfect! Great location, great pool, easy access to the beach, literally everything you could need! We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins of the morning while sipping on our coffee. She was always very responsive and gave great recommendations on local eats! We will definitely be booking again!

Great location. Bed seemed to be a full size instead of a listed queen. I was impressed at the dishes and spices available in the kitchen. Outdoor furniture was old and outdated. Overall it was a pretty good stay!

Second time here and it was great to go back! Julia, the hostess, is a pleasure to converse with and responds promptly. Property is great for family and friends and overall great property amd location to all the restaurants amd access to the beach!
