This unit has been completely remodeled, with a brand-new kitchen and appliances, new bathrooms, a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, modern LVP flooring, and all new furniture, bedding, lighting, and electronics.

Newly updated bedding includes a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twin XL's in the second bedroom and a high quality queen+ sleeper sofa from American Leather in the living room Torian Plum is just steps away from the new Wild Blue gondola; true ski in/out convenience at its best.
The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.
Things to Know This home is only equipped with air conditioning in the primary bedroom. Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026. No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking. This condo was lovely. Everything has been thoughtfully updated. The primary bedroom’s AC with the addition of provided fans were enough to keep us cool on 90 degree August days. The location couldn’t be better and everyone enjoyed the amenities. Would come back again.

Top-Tier Stay in Steamboat!
We had an incredible stay at this beautifully remodeled condo! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the gondola, shops, and restaurants, yet the unit itself is quiet and peaceful. The top-floor corner setting offers panoramic views of the mountains, village square, and valley that are truly unmatched.
Inside, the space is immaculate and clearly redone with care. The modern furnishings strike a great balance between style and comfort, and the bathrooms and kitchen are high-end and fully updated. Our family had plenty of room, and the layout worked perfectly for both adults and kids.
This is the nicest unit we’ve stayed in at Torian Plum, and we would absolutely book it again without hesitation. A true gem in Steamboat!
What a perfect location for a ski in/ski out vacation! The view from the family room and balcony was phenomenal - you can see everything happening on the bottom of the mountain, the gondolas, the center of the village and more! A great little coffee shop just opened at the bottom of the building too. The unit was very clean and just as advertised. Plenty of seating for meals and they have many different appliances. Ski locker is right outside unit.
The pool is closer to the other building but just a quick walk to get over there. Only suggestion is to have a bigger mat for wet shoes and ski boots! Thanks so much!

Great stay!
Everything in the unit was perfect. Very clean and an excellent location. Only negative was a puppy in a neighboring room barked and howled a bit during the evenings and nights.

Torian Plum stay
Condo was SUPER clean and well appointed. My only complaint would be, if you are a light sleeper, the walls were a little thin. Could hear music next door or the condo under us. And of course the clunking of ski boots in the mornings. But fantastic location and one of the cleanest condos I have ever stayed in.

Nice location and well maintained
Great views of Mt Warner, close to slopes, Slopeside, The Paramount, Cafe Diva and more. Parking super convenient. Basic, more traditional decor but everything clean and in good working order.
Good location on top floor, good decoration, comfortable bed & pillows, well equipped kitchen...even a crock pot which I used to make pasta sauce and pork chops with apples/ mushrooms/onions. Front desk helpful. Good underground parking. Great TV. Only suggestion is that the carpeting is very dirty and spotted. Either clean it or replace it.

Great spot
We stayed in unit 604 last week and liked it a little better. 804 is also nice, the only thing that was a little different is the water pressure wasn’t quite as good and it was not as well-stocked as 604. That said, we love this building and all the amenities, the location, and the views.
