We had a fabulous time staying at the Kutuk! The condo was super clean and comfy. Had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy our stay. Super easy walk to the slopes!

This was the perfect place for 3 friends on a ski vacation. Basically ski in and ski out. Front desk staff was very helpful. We were able to park in the garage prior to check in time so that we could ski on the day of arrival.

Great place. Awesome location.

Can’t beat the location. Property is clean. Towels are plush and sheets are ironed. Staff is friendly. The only disappointing part of this unit is that the refrigerator makes a loud constant rumble. The owner does not seem to mind the noise and chooses to NOT get it fixed. We found the noise to be disruptive and extremely annoying.

Very nice and convenient condoComfortable for family of 5 adults - 6 would be tightIn ideal snow conditions, ski in was perfect. Ski out took a little work but not bad.Beds not too comfortable, but ok. Kitchen well stocked. Couch was nice, but pullout not ver comfortable.- hard to control heat ( too hot at night when sleeping ). Wish they had washer dryer in the condo but was not a bad walk to one- costs 2 per unit to use. . But all in all, would stay there again

Wonderful summer location

We love Kutuk condos for summer stays because of their location. We enjoy being able to hear the creek outside our windows, and walking the short way down to the ski base to grab a meal. For hikers, the ski hills right outside the door offer wonderful opportunities. It is a short drive to downtown for more shopping and dining, and there is a grocery store even closer. For the summer, I recommend a ground floor unit which I believe might stay cooler. There is no AC, but in this ground floor unit that was not a problem. Open windows at night to let the wonderful Colorado cool air in, and close up before it gets too hot. The master bedroom also has a fan in the closet. We stayed during a hot spell for Steamboat (near 90 degrees) and did not have a problem. Love the two bedrooms and the modern bathrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The onsite management was very friendly and communicated the check in process nicely. The only very minor complaints for this unit: the salt and pepper shakers were empty, and the cribbage game we were delighted to find was missing a deck of cards. I hope a prior guest didn't take the deck. If accessibility is an issue, be warned that all of these condos require at least a few stairs, and some have many. There are no elevators or wheelchair ramps that we are aware of. Not a problem for our group, but could be real trouble for someone else. Nice bonus though; there is a single Tesla charger in the parking garage, just inside the overhead doors to the left as you enter.

Great location.

Great spot, a short walk home from apres at slopeside or T-bar. Nice unit. We were able to reserve hot tub time. Nice to have the parking garage. Only downside was the electric baseboard heat was difficult to regulate. It was usually too hot and you have to open windows. Overall great stay

Nice Place Convenient To Everything

The staff was great at check in and was very responsive to our questions. The condo is a short walk to the base of the gondola, hiking, biking, and several excellent restaurants. The condo had most of what we needed. During the warmest week of the year, air conditioning would have been a nice addition. We would consider coming back.
