Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment. The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.

Généralités : appartement très sale et matériel vétuste et peu opérationnel.
Détails : a notre arrivée deus gros problèmes connus par l’agence : éclairage de la SdB et volet du séjour bloqué.
Sécurité : le lit superposé du haut non sécurisé (pas de bord) l’enfant peu tombé facilement
Terrasse : cache prise cassé et balustrade en bois en cours de décomposition
SdB : éclairée à 50 % : 1 tube sur 2 non fonctionnel, panne connue par l’agence, décompostion du cache baignoire, le derrière de la machine à laver n’a surement jamais été nettoyé
WC : fait pour des nains
Séjour cuisine : réfrigérateur est difficile à fermer, il est mal calé. Les interrupteurs sensitifs des plaques électriques ne sont pas ou peu fonctionnels. La poubelle de dessous l’évier est cassée. Meuble de l’évier est sale et détérioré.
Chambre : les oreillers sont d’une saleté inimaginables. Ils auraient du être jetés .
