This Beautiful Royal Sands home features beach access, two neighborhood pools, Gulf views, and two living areas.
The 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms (BR1 - Queen-size bed, BR2 - 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds), a surround sound-wired family/living room with a couch, a chair with an ottoman, a TV, plus a laundry room with a washer/dryer and sink, and a garage. Sit on the back patio and enjoy the ocean breeze.
The 2nd floor features a main living area with a sofa, loveseat, chair with ottoman, TV, dining area, kitchen, and a long breakfast bar with seven barstools. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry. Additionally, there is a dining table that seats eight. Beautiful hardwood floors, quartz countertops with three bedrooms (BR3- Queen bed, BR4- Queen bed, BR5-2 Twin beds), and a full bath. Step out onto the large outdoor deck for morning coffee and an additional area for gathering and entertaining.
The 3rd floor features a Master Suite (BR6) with a king-size bed, a separate sitting area, a walk-in closet, a custom en-suite bath with a separate tub and a stand-alone shower, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, sink, and coffee maker. Sip your evening glass of wine on the great outdoor balcony that overlooks the pool with Gulf views.

Perfect Beach getaway!

Our friends and family enjoyed this space! We celebrated my daughter’s graduation with plenty of space for 14 of us. Views are great. The golf cart included was a blast. We will stay here again.

Very much enjoyed our 3 day stay. Accommodation was perfect for our group of 11. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner which is what we did. We will definitely stay again!

Maintenance of the property could use some work. Main floor A/C had a leak because the drain was plugged up. The upstairs main bedroom was very musty smelling and A/C unit looked like it had some black mold in the closet. But we did have good time.

This house was perfect for our group of 14. We had 4 families there, so 2 kid rooms and adult rooms worked out great. The house is beautiful, well kept and a nice location. This was our first time staying further south in Port A, but it was wonderful and not too far from town, just enough to be peaceful.

Accommodations are great. Only reasons for a 4-star rating is:1) dryer needs to be replaced. We had to run it through four heavy dry cycles to get towels dry.2) the backyard is infested with sticker burrs. Fortunately, I brought a plastic straw rug for my dog's exercise pen so they could spend time outdoors without the pain on the burrs.Other than those two problems, everything else was great! Nice accommodations, plenty of room for 13 people, the golf cart made beach access easy, and the g-kids loved the pool!

Accessible for ALL Family Members

Due to the changing medical needs of the father/grandfather (inability to climb stairs) and our growing family, it seemed unlikely that we would be able to find suitable accommodations. In our continued search, we found this listing! It provided the elevator for access to all the floors as well as ample sleeping and living space for the entire family! Although, we were within walking distance to the beach, the golf cart allowed father/grandfather to travel to the beach! He was able to watch his grandchildren play!

The house is spacious and in a great location. Having a golf cart to go to the beach on was great! However the elevator was not working and maintenance could not get it fixed during our stay. My daughter was on crutches so this was very inconvenient with so many stairs. Front steps are in terrible disrepair. Carpet is very dirty and stained. After cleaning and repairs this place will be amazing

Great Stay at RD215 !!

This property was great for our large family group: self & husband, sister, son & daughter-in-law, 3 grandkids 10-14. There were originally 4 other family members, but they ended up not able to come this time, so everyone got to spread out!! The kitchen was wonderfully large - we had 3 adults working in there at the same time preparing breakfast!! And the dishwasher made cleaning up very easy. Linens and towels are provided, as well as flatware, dishware, cookware, utensils & appliances. The only things that happened were the grill wasn't useable - couldn't clean it enough to use it, and the tension rod shower curtain fell and we couldn't get it to stay back in it's original place. Scared me, but no one was hurt! And the golf cart rental was excellent! We got a club car which could seat 6 and used it for all 3 days, and it was awesome!!

Great Location, Wonderful Space

Great location. Loved having the golf cart to carry gear. Easy walk to the beach. Would have given 5 starts for cleanliness except for a couple of issues likely caused by the prior renters. There was very stinky trash in the garage and the freezer in the kitchen smelled like shrimp. The garage was not supposed to be used so why the prior renters put garbage there is an unknown. In any case, we put the trash in the outdoor garbage and opened the garage to air it out and all was well. A few minor maintenance issues (also likely caused by or at least not reported by prior renter) which the property managers were willing to address quickly. The unit is beautiful. Everything exactly as described on the site. I would definitely stay again. 4 familys shared the unit, 7 children, 7 adults. The space was perfect.

Annual Family Trip

We had a wonderful time staying at this property in Port Aransas. The location was perfect—to everything we needed and a great spot to enjoy the area. The property itself was awesome and met all of our expectations. That said, there are a couple of areas for improvement. First, we did encounter some water bugs or roaches, likely due to the property’s proximity to the water. It’s understandable, but the management company might want to address this issue. Also, we weren’t told about the equipment rental credit and received the email on Monday after we arrived. We weren’t able to enjoy this perk since the instructions were to order the items 48 hours prior to our arrival. Additionally, the amenities were quite minimal. Guests should be prepared to bring essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and other basics, as these were not provided. While the property did have towels, there were no beach towels, which felt like a missed opportunity given how close the property is to the beach. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! A few tweaks would make this place even better, but it was still a great experience.

The house was a nice fit for our family group of 12 and the elevator was a must for my father and mother in-law! Overall very nice beach house and great location only complaint was the trash in the recycle bend was never picked up and apparently the tenants before us left something smelly in it and the recycling people didn’t want to have anything to do with it!!!

Best Beach House by far

This home was so beautiful and the accommodations were perfect! Everything we needed was in the home plenty of seating for down time 2 separate living areas for adults and kids, right next to the beach I mean honestly I couldn't have asked for a better home to spend our vacation
