Located a short stroll to the historical old city of Dubrovnik, sparkling Adriatic Sea and to a lovely rocky beach, White & Co villa is ideal for a group of 10 wanting to relax but close enough to walk to where the action is.

The Space
Villa White & Co is a brand new contemporary 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa with a terrace overlooking the sparkling Adriatic Sea. It is located a short 10-minute walk from the Old Town, 200 metres from the sea and just a few steps from a rocky beach. The villa was completely renovated in 2015, and modernised with contemporary décor and furnishings. It offers a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town but is still conveniently located, only a short stroll from the main street Stradun, restaurants, bars and main attractions.

The villa is comprised of three separate apartments which share a large terrace. It features simple lines with minimalist interior design and is decorated in white shades. The house is airy and bright with several windows to welcome in the natural light. All of the windows are equipped with wooden shutters. With its 5 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms), the villa can accommodate 10 people.

The White & Co Two-Bedroom (64 m2) features a living area with a sofa, satellite TV, open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob and kettle, and has a dining area with seating for 4. There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), large wardrobe and satellite TV, and offers stunning views out over the glistening Adriatic Sea. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer and washing machine.

The White & Co Two- Bedroom II (70 m2) features a living area with a sofa, satellite TV, open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob and kettle, and has a dining area with seating for 4. There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), large wardrobe, and satellite TV, and offers stunning views out over the glittering Adriatic Sea. It has an en suite bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be pushed together and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and washing machine.

The White & Co studio (24m2) features a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, 2-ring ceramic hob and kettle, and a dining area with seating for 2. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), storage space and satellite TV. The Italian-designed bathroom comes with a sink, shower unit, hairdryer and washing machine.

The two-bedroom apartments have connecting doors. All three apartments are on the same level and open onto the terrace.

The villa has air-conditioning/heating, under floor heating throughout and wireless internet. The White & Co villa is trendy, comfortable and relaxing, perfect for those seeking a quality holiday home in Dubrovnik.

Perfect in every way!

The property was perfect for two couples and three singles on vacation before a conference. It was an easy walk to Old Town and restaurants. Very clean, well stocked. Supermarkets close by. Nice outdoor areas for socializing. Communication was great! Perfect in many ways.

Perfect place for a large family!

Our stay at this villa was wonderful. Our family of 7 enjoyed the stay. The location is great and the view spectacular. Its a short walk to the old town on a scenic sidewalk. The hostess was great to communicate with. Even though our plane was late, she was easy to contact via WhatsApp and met us at the villa to check us in. This villa even has a "separate" suite that our in-laws stayed. If we return to Dubrovnik, we will stay here again.

Great location and place!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and overlooks a beautiful view. The beds are all comfy, rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms have great showers with hot water. The logistics were so easy to handle and the host was more than accommodating for our group. Highly recommend a stay here!

GIRLS Getaway

Nice spacious apartment. Clean and convenient to the old town. Property manager was very responsive. Only suggestion would be a few more towels. It would be helpful to let renters know to go left out the door down to the florist, left again to the highway and left to walk to Old Town. That route is much less tiring than going right and taking the steps up and down. Very nice spot for a large group.

Perfect location and setup for our extended family vacation!

This property was everything we needed for our family and then some! We just completed our vacation as a family of 4 (2 kids - 3 & 5 years old) along with my brother-in-law and my parents-in-law. Finding somewhere for 7 people with some privacy for all of us seemed nearly impossible until I came upon this listing. This checked ALL the boxes. We rented the whole space and had 2 2-bedroom apartments and 1 studio apartment along with a large outdoor shared area where we could meet for breakfast (with a sea view!) and post-dinner drinks and cocktails. Everything in the apartments was immaculate and functional - plenty of storage space, great showers AND comfortable beds. It was exactly as described. The location was also perfect for us as we could be at a beach within 10 minutes or downtown into the old city within 15 minutes. The extra treats for us were unexpected - Isabelle (one of the property managers) sent a guidebook with their own personal recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We used many of these recommendations and had some of the best meals of our entire 3 week vacation thanks to the guidance! Additionally, transport for us to and from the airport was arranged on our behalf and was prompt and as expected. This is the place to book - there's no need to look any further!

Absolutely Perfect Stay for our group!

We had an AMAZING stay in Dubrovnik. This villa truly exceeded our expectations. There are three separate apartments, one with a Queen, and another with two entrances, split down the middle - the door can be kept open or closed between the units. Both units had two bedrooms, one with a Queen and the other bedroom with two twin beds. We slept our group of 10 comfortably. We had the use of a kitchen, plenty of glasses, cups, etc. We bought some coffee grounds at the market for use in the coffee maker. We used the washing machine (thank you for providing the soap). The outdoor space is what really made this space shine. There are three separate outdoor areas to hang out - and the top deck has a breathtaking view of the water and sunset. Communication with host was excellent. One tip: before you go, google map how to get into the property. Our driver left us off on the main street (overlooking the water) and we had to walk up the small street and down the other small residential street to find the green door. (which is basically across from the cemetery. I didn't have wifi yet, so it was a little challenging at first, but they helped us right away to find it. Take screenshots of phone numbers, addresses and the google map to get there before you get on wifi! Thank you for a wonderful end to our 10 day trip to Croatia.

Great place, but poor communication with host

This home was lovely and roomy, perfect for our family. It was not a bad walk to town. Unfortunately, the stay began and ended with stress created by the lack of response from our host. Our driver( who was arranged by our host) could not find the property. The host did not respond to the driver or to me for better directions. We finally stopped at a gas station and a worker was finally able to help us. We had a tour scheduled and barely made it on time, because we were driving in circles for about an hour. The host also arranged our ride to the airport. The driver did not arrive and we needed to call 2 Ubers for our group for double the price. The host responded later on and was very rude to us, asking why we waited in the wrong spot. Her property assistant had come down to speak to us, but she could not speak English and did not have a translator to explain to us that the driver was meeting us in a different spot. Once again, we received no help from our host. This caused us a great deal of stress on our last day. We have never used VRBO before. This left a very bad taste in our mouths. We will return to hotels for our next trip.

Great location, property excatly as described

This property is actually a collection of 3 units (1 bdrm/1 bath, 2 bdrm 2 bath, and 2 bdrm 1 bath) all connected to a central lower patio and an upper terrace. All 3 units can be found on the managers main website http://dubrovnikchicrentals.com. Each unit can be occupied independently with the only cross-over occurring on the patio. We booked it in early May for a group a group of 10, we had all 3 units occupied and loved it. It was perfect for our group. Although please note it is NOT wheelchair accessible. The location is excellent, about a 10 minute walk from the old town. Although finding it can be a challenge, since it needs to be accessed off the alley (between the church and the cemetery) not from the main street. It is necessary to walk the last 100 meters or more to get to the door. We walked into the old town every day, and often several times, either for restaurants or sightseeing. Vehicle parking is possible but discouraged due to limited availability. We were not here in high tourist season and can only imagine how difficult parking and vehicle access would be during busy times! All 3 units were very clean and well equipped as advertised. The only unusual thing (likely due to previous groups like ours) was the distribution of kitchen appliances. Some things seemed to have been moved from one unit to another (corkscrews, coffee machines, etc). Not a big deal for our group, but it might be a concern if you only rent one unit. But a quick email or call to Isabelle would fix up any concerns. Isabelle was excellent to deal with. In fact I originally contacted her about different properties and she pointed me to this one based on our needs. Everyone in our group was quite happy with the property and location. I would not hesitate to rent it again or recommend it to friends and family.
