Typical Cape Breton Villa, Art Deco Style, with a lot of character. <br>Completely renovated located in the centre of about 135m2. <br>Located 700 m from the beaches and the port, 400 m from the pedestrian city centre <br>Very quiet residential area, everything is done by bike or on foot. <br>Close to all amenities. <br>Main road about 150m away so no noise. <br>On a plot of 800m2, you will appreciate its garden with trees. <br>Facing south, the large terrace will quickly become your main room!<br><br>The accommodation:<br>The house is very carefully decorated.<br><br>Composed of 3 bedrooms with dressing rooms on the 1st floor <br>Bedroom 1: 1 bed in 160 / Bedroom 2: 1 bed in 140 / Bedroom 3: 1 bed in 120<br>1 double bathroom with sinks and shower<br><br>Ground floor: 1 living room / 1 dining room <br>The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher/oven/microwave/espresso coffee machine/ toaster/...)<br><br>Basement: 1 office<br><br>Wifi, TV, private parking, garage (washing machine, dryer, bike storage, ...). Notre hôte Maryline a été très réactive et accueillante. La maison est idéalement située proche de tous les commerces et des plages. Elle est très bien équipée et le jardin ombragé et la terrasse assurent tranquillité.

Maison de vacances de rêve

On a adoré cette magnifique maison, propre et amenagée avec beaucoup de goût. On s’est très bien reposé dans le jardin idyllique. Cette maison raconte une histoire et donne envie de faire la connaissance des propriétaires dont on beaucoup apprecié leur goût, culture et sens de vivre. La maison est très bien placé à Capbreton - plage, marché et toutes les commodités à côté. On a hâte de revenir!

Geschmackvolles Haus, tolle Lage!

La Rieuse hält, was die Bilder versprechen. Das Haus liegt optimal zum Strand und dem Stadtzentrum in einer ruhigen Straße. Garten + Terrasse sind sehr schön angelegt und nicht einsehbar. Die Küche (ansprechend, aber etwas älter) ist mit Geräten gut ausgestattet, u.a. Kaffeemaschine für Nespresso Kapseln. Es gibt eine zweite Toilette (mit sehr niedriger Decke), der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist gut, die Matratzen sind bequem und in den Schränken gibt es viel Stauraum. Das Haus ist aufwändig renoviert und bis auf einige schlecht schließende Türen sehr gut gepflegt. Wir haben als Familie mit vier Personen (2 Teenager) einen erholsamen Aufenthalt verlebt. Für die Endreinigung fallen zusätzliche Kosten an, die Vermieter erwarten eine Kautionszahlung.
