Master bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom (twin beds) with en-suite bathroom. Large dining area combined with lounge area with fireplace. Very large terrace with barbeque area with open view to gardens and golf course. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer. Walking distance from Pinheiros Altos Golf Club (27 Holes) Club House and only 3 minutes drive from the beach. Flat screen TV in the living room and in both bedrooms. Air Conditioning throughout and underfloor heating.
