Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé par rapport à d’autres locations autour. - Les 2 climatiseurs situés dans les deux chambres sont hors d’usage mais la propriétaire vous dira une fois sur place « qu’un seul suffit » avec les portes ouvertes pour climatiser tout l’appartement. - Afin d’« améliorer » le confort, du locataire, l’utilisation de la banne électrique du balcon est condamnée. Verbatim de la propriétaire « il y a un parasol, on se fait avoir une fois, pas deux par les locataires ». - Pas de transat sur le balcon - La vue sur les Pyrénées dite dans l’annonce donne sur un pavillon situé à moins de 10 mètres. Vue imprenable sur le garage du voisin ! - Le séjour sombre est mal éclairé (ampoules et lustre grillés). - Bien lire l’annonce : l’appartement n’a pas de wifi. L’accès à internet par 4G fonctionne mal à l’intérieur. Un point positif : la conciergerie qui gère cette location fait de son mieux. Ponctuelle et serviable.
